International Shipping
Do you offer shipping outside Saudi Arabia?
Currently, we do not offer shipping to countries outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. However, we are continuously working to reach more customers across the Gulf region and the Arab world, and new countries are added regularly.
You can check shipping availability to your country by contacting our customer service team.
Shipping Costs
We offer multiple shipping options. Shipping fees vary depending on the selected courier and the customer’s address. The total shipping cost will be displayed before completing your order.
Please note that shipping is free for local orders داخل Saudi Arabia with a value over SAR 250.
Delivery Time
Under normal circumstances, orders within Saudi Arabia are delivered within 3–5 business days.
Changing the Shipping Address
If you have completed payment and wish to change the shipping address, please contact us immediately and provide your order number so we can assist you.
Unfortunately, once the order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse to the courier, the shipping address cannot be changed. Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing payment.

Why haven’t I received my order invoice after payment?
If you did not receive a confirmation message via email or phone number, this may be due to incorrect information entered during checkout.
Please contact us via direct messages or WhatsApp, and provide your name, phone number, and the ordered products so we can assist you.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect order?
If you receive products different from what you ordered, we sincerely apologize.
Please contact us via direct messages or WhatsApp, including photos of the products and the shipping label, and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
How can I cancel my order?
If you placed an order by mistake or changed your mind, please contact us via direct messages or WhatsApp, providing your name and order number.
If the order has already been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
