Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
For health and safety reasons, cosmetic and skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged, even if unopened, except in cases where the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
Are There Fees for Returns?
For damaged products, Serfel covers all shipping and return costs.
How to Exchange or Return a Damaged Product
Our customer service team is always happy to assist. You can contact us by submitting a ticket for your order or via WhatsApp.
The product to be returned or exchanged must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging with no modifications.
Timeframe for Exchange or Return
You may request an exchange or return of a damaged product within 7 days of the purchase date.
Processing Time for Exchange or Return
We strive to satisfy our customers. The exchange or return process typically takes up to 10 business days.
Refunds
Refunds are issued after receiving the damaged product and verifying its condition. The amount will then be transferred to your account within 7 business days.
If Paid via Tabby
After confirming the product’s condition, refunds are processed within 7 business days, with any applicable Tabby fees deducted.
If the Product Is Not Received by the Customer
If the order is not received and returned to the store, the product amount will be refunded minus the shipping cost.
Potential Additional Costs
Additional customs fees may apply for some shipments, especially for orders sent outside Saudi Arabia. These fees are borne by the recipient.
