7. Returns and Exchanges
Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt if they are unused, in original condition, and accompanied by the invoice. Products that have been used or opened, especially cosmetics and skincare, cannot be returned. In case of manufacturing defects or order errors, the store covers all shipping and return costs.
